A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT ME

Hey! My name is Christina James and I am currently working toward my BFA in Musical Theatre at the University of Florida. 

I started my journey as a dancer always aspiring to be a rockette. That love for sharing art and bringing smiles to faces morphed into Musical Theatre shortly after I found out you could sing while you danced too!! 

Now as a young artist, I strive to create a place where art is a safe environment for all types of people to find a way to express what is too hard to describe in just words. A way I work towards this is through my love for choreography. I have choreographed for children’s theatres for years and now am beginning my leadership journey for peers as well. I truly believe that with the right intention, dance can become a place of joy for all, even those who wouldn’t stereotypically call themselves a “dancer”.
